I've refunded the sims 3 and a free add on pack. I've got the refund no worries, but everytime i log back into origin it continues to say download failed for the stuff i already refunded. i go to my games library yet they arent there, how can i stop this cycle?

@imxtchey  Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

The above instructions are for Windows, but if you happen to be on a Mac, the process is much simpler:  Run the Origin reset tool for macOS, and if that doesn't help, run it again and then delete Origin from Applications (right-click and select Move to Trash, then empty the trash).
