is sims4 city living downloadable on october 31 or november 1?

I preordered the expansion and in some places it says release date is Oct 31 and on my receipt from Origin it says November 1st. Which is it? Thanks!

Depending on where you live, but I guess for you it would be November 1st.

I had the same question, so I did some looking up and according to what I've read, the "October 31" release date refers to the fact that the expansion pack can be *installed* on October 31--like at 9pm PDT or something, which is 12am November 1 on the other side of the country. So I guess depending on where you live (I'm assuming it's somewhere in North America), it'll either be late tonight or tomorrow morning.

I went like you said and it said mine is available for download and release today. The download button is not always there and when it is, it says there was an error and it couldn't download.

Try to restart Origin, closing it completely and then opening it again. If it keeps giving you an error, please, contact one of our advisors through EA Help so they can check what is happening and fix it so you can enjoy your new game.
