iron railing (black) is corrupt and turns red

see screenshot attached, does anyone know what I should do?
All the other colours of the the Iron Railing fench and stair rail work, just not black.

Ok, I took a lot at this in a vanilla test save and the stair railing and fence and all of the recolors, including the black ones, of the stair rail and fence worked as they are supposed to for me.  So, there is something else going on in your game that is causing it.

Could you give a bit more information please so I or another helper can help you fix the problem?

Is it happening on every lot you try or just the one you show in the picture?  

Are you running the game on a console or a PC or Mac?

Have you tried repaired the game though Origin?

Have you tried deleting the localthumbcache file?

Do you use mods or cc?  And if you do, is the problem showing up in a save without the mods and cc?

Would you be willing to share your build via the gallery or filesharing so one of us could take a look at it?
