i have already installed and played my sims 4. i had to uninstall origin and reinstall and now i cannot play my game becuase it says i have already used the product code. i was updating my game so i could install get to work and now i cant play either. HELP!

Make sure that you are logged into the Origin account that your Sims 4 game is tied to - once you are logged in it should allow you to install. If you cannot remember any of your log in information but do have the product code.. your best bet may be to contact the EA support team: http://help.ea.com/en/
