initailization error at start up

this pop-up keeps showing after update in 4 june, today i updated the game again but this problem still happen 

i tried to deleted all my cc / mods and repair the game too but it still happening

i try all the solution today but the pop-up still showing  

it had happen before and it disappear after i reinstall origin, but its happen again after 4 june patch

@kiepeachara  Please create a new admin user account on your computer, and try playing in that.  Be sure to manually run both Origin and Sims 4 as an admin: right-click on each shortcut and select "Run as administrator."  (This doesn't happen automatically just because you're in an admin account.)  Let us know whether this helps.
