im so frustraded sims 4 keeps crashing

i dont know how to fix or reboot. could it be origin? do i need to have it running as well or is it because its launch day and the systems arnt working all that well ? it will load with a black sceen and a blue curcle curser and crash at intro and say somthing in window isnt working can it be fixed ? can i fix it if not im goin to return the game tomorrow oh i also saved it on a external hard drive culd it be that also
