@sabrinaburdi Hi, sorry that no one has responded to you before now. I only just saw your post; I don't frequent the Origin forum. (And I moved this thread to the Sims 3 section.)
Did you buy the Sims 3 Starter Pack? If so, Late Night is an expansion pack, but High-End Loft Stuff is a stuff pack. In your Origin game library, there should be a separate tab for stuff packs, and you should be able to download HELS from there just like you downloaded LN.
If this is not the issue, please let me know what you bought and what isn't downloading, and I'll try to help.
