if i download a pack from origin can i use my disk?

I use sims 3 from a disk and all the packs i have are disks so would i be able to buy pack from origin if i don't buy sims 3 from origin?

Do you know the file location where your game is located

Go to Program Files (or program files x86) > Origin Games (if its there) then if it says The Sims 3 as a folder in there, your disk will have installed it in the Origin folder, so you would be able to buy it from Origin, if its not there I am unsure if you can buy the expansions from Origin.

You can redeem the codes you have (the codes that came with your disks) to your EA/Origin Account following these steps. That will allow you download and install those games (The Sims 3 and other packs you have in physical) using Origin and you will have no issues buying and adding new packs through Origin
