iNstalling sims3 game midnight hallow

I am trying to play sims 3, midnight hallow, gold and it won't install on my sims3 launcher.

Please, please help me.

@rjkj  Are you having problems with the download, or the install process itself?  Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which browser are you using?  There are plenty of reasons a store download wouldn't install properly, but it can be easy enough to fix once you know where the problem is.
