i lost my saves and my mods and ccs wont work

when i go to the Eletronic Art file ill be able to see the saves and the mods files but when i open the game neither seems to work

Hi @zamolodchikovc 

sounds like the game is using a different folder than you think it is (often happens with OneDrive). 

Here's instructions on how to determine which folder the game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

Also make sure you have mods/cc turned on in your game options: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2018/11/mods-custom-content-doesnt-show-up/

If the mods are causing any troubles I would recommend you to uninstall them. Because they are external files that they weren't developed with the game they may cause some issues.
