i bought the sims 4 from the ea games web site.but i dont know where download it.my english is very bad so sory.thank for help us

You need to download Origin from Origin.com (right hand top corner). Log in with the account you used to buy the game on the EA website. 

After that the game should show in your 'My Games' section in Origin. Through there you can download and install the game.
