i cant see any of my purchased worlds in the sims 4

• hi! so i just logged into my game and made a new family. when choosing a new world, only the base game worlds appear when i have del sol, san myshuno, and brindleton bay. i also tried playing with an existing family and their home is gone. it shows that ive purchased the packs on the side like normal. i just cant see the worlds. please help!!

If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and fix game in Origin. If you don't have mods fix the game also.
