i cant download sims 4 from EA PLAY from XBOX GAMEPASS ULTIMATE for pc  but other game i can download

@pisiu007  Try clearing the EA Desktop App's cache:

If that doesn't help, please let me know whether you've ever had Sims 4 installed on this computer, or ever added it to your Origin account through an EA Play subcription before now.

don't helping i never had sims on my pc and i can't add to collection on ea desktop
