i can't create a Sim in Sims3 world adventures. HELP PLEASE!!!

The game was fine but now suddenly when I click on create a sim/family it goes to loading page but then nothing happens, the page just runs and runs but wont load. I have uninstalled game and expansions and then re installed them but this hasn't helped either! Any suggestions appreciated.

Did you download anything from the exchange lately ?

if so, you might have gotten something bad, try the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/

Yep I did download some stuff from The Exchange and its about that time my probs in game started. I will give your suggestion a try. Thanks.mileyhappy:
