hp pavillion dv6700...would I be able to run Sim4?

I currently can run Sims3 with 12 expansion packs. I did update my Directx 9 already... 

The biggest potentional issue that I could foresee is that I do not think mine has an additional graphic card.

And it only has the 1.83 GHz processor and a Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family display device. It does have 384 MB of adapter RAM.
