how to redownload my game from origin?

I have the Sims 3 disc and my computer was just wiped clean..... the problem is that I cant remember how to reinstall the games back onto my computer I I have already used my code to it so it want work because its already been used. Please HELP Me

To download your games:

• Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download and login using the account details you used to register the game originally
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download

make sure your logging into the right account if you have more than one account also please take note the layout of the games has been changed in Origin

How do you download it in the first place???

if you haven't already download Origin  to your computer make sure to get the right version PC or Mac  then install it once Origin is installed  form the shortcut icon of Origin  launch it then log into your account with the email and password you use for your account

The link you posted DOE NOT give a choice to contact after questions are answered.  The last page says "how would you like to contact us" but there are NO CHOICES!!  I have tried all day to find a way to contact them.  None of my games are showing at all now....RIDICULOUS!!!

if your not getting through to CS they have limited hours for the holidays and can also be a browser issue try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox

please  take note of the new layout in Origin

also please take note of the new manager if your updated to 1.69 when you launch your game make sure all ep/sp are ticked in

if the games are missing after that and or have the buy even though you own them already contact CS
