I have recently put the Sims 4 onto a new computer. The base game and a couple of expansion packs have installed successfully. However, the majority of my owned expansion packs are not yet in game, they say 'download to use' but I can't work out how to do that. Clicking on the expansion pack itself takes me to an overview of the game itself not that specific pack...
Very frustrated, please help!

Could you have a peek in your Game Library.
- Right click on 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Show Game Details'
An overlay moves in
- Click on the 'Expansion packs' tab.
See if you can install them through there.

So I found a similar thread from 3weeks ago that suggested to uninstall origin, then reinstall it. I did this and also uninstalled the sims 4 and reinstalled it. And now it is recognising my expansion packs and they are now working in the game. Hope this works for you too.
Short answer uninstall both origin and sims 4 on your new computer, then reinstall the, both 😊
