how to change to 32 bit on the sims 4

Hello,

Im trying to change from 64 bit to 32 bit so SIMS4 will play properly. Help section says right click on SIMS4 tile and click on properties. However the properties option does not come up when I right click.

Can someone help me?

Do you have the cats & Dogs expansion pack ?

Do you not get these
