how do i upload my worlds after switching to a new laptop ?

I have several world add ons that I purchased online or in stores that I can no longer play after switching to a new laptop , I cant find them in my downloads on my EA account either. What do I do to get back my other worlds for my sims 3 games , I spent my money on these add ons id like to be able to play them !
