how do i recover my games if i uninstalled the sims 4

there was a bug in my game so i uninstalled and reinstalled sims 4 and now I can't figure out how to play the games I had there before now, is there anything I can do? thanks!

reinstalling the game shouldn't touch your user files but maybe the game is using a different folder now.

Could you check this location if your old saves are still there: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ ? If so, are yo using oneDrive ? Could you cheek if the game created a folder there ?
