hi,
I am an avid Sims player and I have sims 2,3 and 4. the issue that I'm having is that. I had to get a new CPU because my old one was running slow and it had gotten to the point where all I could do was turn it on and not be able to do anything else. I purchased a new CPU and wanted to put my sims 3 games on it. when I tried to put them on my new CPU it said that "the serial codes were already redeemed". okay so I logged into my account where I had redeemed them but when I did the download... only the base game was found. none of the other games I had were there. so with that being said, how can I find all my other sims 3 games that I had without having to repurchase them?

@Sassy_Sim35 If you open your Origin game library and click on the Sims 3 icon, you can see a list of expansions by choosing More > Expansion Packs, or stuff packs by choosing More > Stuff Packs. If you go through each of these lists, do your packs show as owned? You can download them from there, although you may have more than one entry for each pack; be sure to try each Download button in turn.

@Sassy_Sim35 The bad news is the TS3 store is in twilight. In other words it is still running but for how long I don't know. EA stopped posting the codes for packs some time ago. If you bought them thru EA the codes may be in your purchase history. If you have access to the old computer and the disk has not been formatted the codes should still be in the registry. If the pack is in your purchase history EA customer support could (maybe) give you a new code. Sims 4 has been out for a while now so rather then spent money on TS3 I would recommend getting into TS4. Prices aren't too bad and there are periodic sales - usually around the holidays but you never know. Good luck.
