hidden springs-download problem [ Edited ]

Dear HQ

I bought the hidden springs and did as the logo said. I redeem the code and unlocked the sim points . Then the sims 3 launcher appeared after I downloaded it and a pop-up  asked me to give my account name and password. I did as it said but then another pop-up appeared saying that there was a problem ( an error). Could you please help me solve this, because I would really like to play the Sims and right now I can't.

First you should not post any personal info here, so please remove your email address for your privacy protection.

As to your problem.

Do you have login issues for downloading other stuff as well ? What about the game ? Can you log in ok ?

Only suggestion I have atm is to go to Origin and change your password there. That should also change your password at the sims 3 site. That has solved this issue before.
