help!!

I bought sims 4 brand new, downloaded it and played. Then the next day when I tried to log into my account it wanted me to download the game again so I did on my account but it keeps saying that the code is already activated. How do I get my game I spent so much on to work!!??

What was the exact message you were getting ? Does the game still show in your Origin client ? If so, does the button no longer say play ?
