everytime i try to get something from the exchange it tells me dl unsusufull no es or sp why and how 2 fix it i can not dl anything!!!!!

To fix it stop trying to download exchange items you do not have the EP or SP for. Every item shows what packs you need to use the item - choose things that only need the packs you have installed.
