help redownloading purchased item:Seasons

I had to do a system restore today on my computer and lost Sims 3 Seasons. How do I redownload it without purchasing it again?

Are you certain you're using the correct account?

Thank you for trying. This didn't solve the problem, though. ALL of my games have disappeared from my Origin library installer. For some reason Seasons didn't save to my desktop, which is the only way I can access anything right now.

 I did finally find my games, and the download for Seasons, but now I'm getting an error message when I try to download. I've sent an error report.
