help my sims 3 wont let me play

first ive been playing the sims 3 since 2024 so i download a one stuff pack and then i sign up my sims 3 account into a sims 3 web to my account linked to ea i download stuff like household and colors  so when i tried to play this game it didnt work. i put my pack dvd that i own into my dvd machine it didnt work too so i need help

@Nutzzlol  When you say it didn't work, what exactly happens when you try to play?  How far do you get, and then what do you see?  If you're getting an error, please post a screenshot.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
