help cant move the sims

Hel[p" cant rotate the screen when playing sims4. 

Usually, middle mouse button either left/righ,  but  mouse button is defunct and now cant rotate the screen.  Tried ctrl+r/l , no luck ..... is there ANYWAY like similar to sims 3.  Lower left there the rotate buttons, why none in sims 4??

You can not rotate the worldscreen. On my keyboard (,) and (.) are used to rotate the lot or an item I'm holding.

Notice that in settings you can change game camera to work like in Sims 3 if you prefer that.
