grass looks horrible and blurry

I need someone help I just got a new laptop and downloaded sims 3 when I go into gameplay the grass looks horrible and blurry

@zoeymolly02  What graphics settings are you using?  You can put the game into windowed mode and use Windows key-shift-S to capture the portion of screen, then attach the image to a reply here.

Please attach a dxdiag as well.  Here's how to run one:
