games not responding

Can someone help? I'm trying to load sims 4 but its not responding. I've repaired and updated the game but its still not helping! Help anyone?

Oh no! If you've been able to play prior, and it just started acting up, it may be due to a problematic save or mod file. Let's try clearing the cache first to see if it resolves the error.
