when i load up the game it comes up with this and wont let me do anything. any help?

i sorted it, i spoke to ea advisers and they helped me, i had a corrupt file somewhere and they helped me sort it. thank you for all the help!

does the game not let you play offline ? Is this through Origin Access or just the normal trial version ?
Did you check if your firewall/antivirus isn't blocking the Sims '

It doesn't allow me to play at all, I cant even close the game i have to force close it using task manager on my computer. I turned my firewall off to see if that would make a difference but it is still the same. I might try to uninstall it and reinstall it and see if that makes a difference

ive used the same antivirus for years, and its been working fine with sims the whole time.
Do you think that if i uninstall it and reinstall it, it may work?

It's usually something blocking the connection but you can try.
Try also uninstalling Origin and re-downloading the newest version of that: https://www.origin.com/deu/de-de/store/download

so you actually bought the game ? Cause that window talks about the trial version (which is a free demo)
Guess I would get in touch with support then so they can check if everything is in order on your account.
