frozen installer

Hi,

So I have into the future, and I installed it on a desktop and it worked perfectly fine, but I want to install it on my personal laptop and it won't let me, I have the base game installed, it's the right game code, it just freezes in the middle of installing and I can't quit it and i can't eject the disk. What shouldI do?

There are a few things I would advise you try:

• Try running the installation as administrator / make sure that your antivirus / firewall is not hindering the process
• Make sure that you have enough space on the drive you're trying to install the game on

Otherwise, I would suggest that you try downloading the game through Origin.
