Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play cats and dogs ep
What happens when the bug occurs? sims don't do anything
What do you expect to see? sims moving talking anything
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I haven't used mods or cc for a long time

the freezing only gets really bad in the new town

my computer is a powerful one its more then enough to meet demand

I just wanted to update the game ran fine  no lag or anything after I took it off of 64bit

its runs real smooth now

here are my spics intel R coreTm i7600HQ cpu  @ 2.60ghz 2.60ghz

installed memory Ram 16.0gb 

system type 64bit operating system x64-based processor

the things that seem to set it off are pet adopting

pet returning home from running away

and chasing seagulls

being out on walk

Is it a permanent freeze or does it go away when you cancel certain action.

it sounds like the same thing but the que freezes to and it won't cancel action sometimes debugging everyone works but I have to restart the game just to get it to work half the time

because canceling an action or debugging just wont work
