forgot the email and password to the account connected to my game

I have gotten Sims 4 a way back. I've installed it and registered, but being a student didn't really have time to play it.

Now, I'd like to, but I do not remeber the email used to register it (as it was a while ago), though I probably would still know the password.

I have the CD and the code and all, but I cannot register it to a new account as it's single use, and I can't transfer it simply because I don't remeber the old data.

Is there any way to get around this? I wouldn't want to lose this game, as it was quite expensive for me ://
