fence and gate bug

Hi,

I'm having an issue with gates not placing next to walls. They seem to shoot off into the sky. 

I also have a second issue with fences. when placing a platform with a fence on it won't put a fence post at the edge of the platform.

I do use mods and cc but I just tested these issues without mods and they still happen.

I don't know if this happens for anyone else. Just wanted to alert Sims people to the issue
