expansion pack can’t download sims 4

so, i went to download the new sims 4 seasons pack, and it worked but ‘download failed’ came up. it says the content is installed on my laptop but not downloaded which means i can’t access seasons. i cant see any where that says download and im so stuck

Exactly the same thing happened to me. It said the download failed due to wi-fi connection, but my connection was fine. I'm guessing it won't actually become available to download until tomorrow?

This is what they are saying on their Facebook page. Looks like it drops at different times depending what time zone you are in.
