error trying to download sims 4 HELP!!! [ Edited ]

i have it downloading then all of a sudden i get a pop error 262149-131086 and says try again later i canceled the download and retried but same thing again. also i turned off firewall and did a dnsflush it will go up in precentage then go back down ex: 56% then goes down to 38%

Make sure that your firewall and antiviurs are not blocking anything
