error 803

so i had to get legacy edition and i was really upset. but me and my friend (who doesn't have legacy) had the idea that she could fill a save with lots from the gallery so that i could use them. she emailed it to me, i put it in my game, and everything showed up fine until i tried to go into the lots. every time i try it kicks me out of the world and gives me something about "error 803." it doesnt do this in any of my other saves just this one. what should i do?
