Hello! Theres a error in the download, that persit all the time, that the download is in 98%, its go back to the 88%. The error persist, and Im feeling down, because I pay for the product, and I wish play the game. wish answers for this problem, please!

Could be either the server being overloaded or your Antivirus or Firewall blocking the connection.
