downloaded a game and its not supported with google

bought and downloaded a couple of sims games and its not supported with google. only supported with windows or mac. need full refund. website isnt very clear about what can be used before purchase is made. before i could look at what the game would be like, i needed to create an account and add billing info so that i could get the game and had no idea it wouldnt work. either i need a refund or a way to move those games to a google-friendly platform

@kesaeve  By google, do you mean Chrome OS?  The system reqs for Sims 3 state explicitly that the game requires either Windows or macOS.  On the product page, it also says Platform: [Windows and macOS icons] immediately below the Get the Game button.

Having said that, it's easy enough to get a refund if it's been 14 days or less since you purchased, since you obviously haven't been able to launch the game.
