So I'm trying to download lighting mods and it says to open your data and delta folders which I don't have. A while back my laptop did crash and I had to delete my saves so does that have anything to do with it?
These are the only folders I see in order:
cache
cachestr
Custom Music
Mods
onlinethumbnailcache
Recorded Videos
saves
Screenshots
Tray
CM Edit: Removed download link.

You are looking at the user files. If you had read the description closer you would probably have seen that they talk about the game files normally located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4.

@mitb8rsqio7y What type of install is this: Origin, EA App, Steam, or something else? Are you sure you don't have a second folder somewhere else? For example, when I first installed Sims 4 on one of my computers, Origin created a D:\Program Files (x86) folder and put a Sims 4 folder inside in addition to installing the full game inside D:\Games, which is where I'd told it to install.

@ganglis When Sims 4 is installed through the EA App, this is the default location:
Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
If the game launches, these folders are present somewhere.
