didnt get the game i purchaced

I purchased an expantion pack
sims 3 roaring heights

didnt get it... its hasnt downloaded, and ive been charged for the game!

@realisticmomma  Roaring Heights is a world, not a pack, and as such it needs to be downloaded from the Sims 3 Store site.  You should have received an email receipt with a product key included.  It would be inside the red box here:

Go to the store site ( store.thesims3.com ), sign in with your Origin credentials, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click Redeem a Code, and enter the product key.  Once Roaring Heights is added to your account, click Store > My Store Account > Purchase History, and you'll be able to download the world from there.  Then you need to click the launcher's Downloads tab, check the box next to RH, and click Install.
