custom content stops appearing?

I've downloaded cc before in Sims 4, but now it just stops showing up. The only things that appear are a teaching job mod by Neia (i think that's their name)and a Hatsune Miku cc pack by someone from Tumblr
anything added after that just doesn't show up at the starting screen.

Either you placed it in the wrong place or it is compressed files (zip,rar) that you need to unpack first.
