Yes, you can uninstall CAW without harming your game. As for the expansions and stuff packs, whether you can remove the extra files depends on what they are. The easiest way for me to tell is if you take a couple of screenshots showing the duplicate files and post them here. Please show them in a File Explorer window, and include the file path (above the list of files) in the screenshots. You can black out your username if it appears anywhere (it might not), but leave the rest of the file path intact.
