How do I re-redeem codes?

ok so now I am told that I can't get 1 of my collectors item (the europen car) because i changed my email adress. So my new questrion is, am I to be penalized for closing an email that was hacked?   I bought my game early so I can get this collector item and I should be allowed to be able to get it even if I changed my email adddress.

As far as the second question, you'd need to contact EA for account issues.  Anything dealing with changing emails on your account has to go through them.  They should be able to give you a new code based on what you described.  Here's a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
