city living world not loading

Hi there,

My current issue is that i have previously played Sims 4 on origin. 

No issues with that, but i decided to purchase DLC and the base game on Steam with the understanding that the DLC would follow over onto my Origin save file. 

And for the most part, yes it SAYS i own the DLC but won't load it and when i try to visit san myshuno it claims that the pack hasn't installed (when it most definitely has).
 
I just would like to play and not feel like i've wasted my money lmao.

(Yes i use Mods and have attempted running the game without them to see if it makes any difference but alas none. I also attempted repairing the game and reinstalling the DLC but to all my attempts, still nothing. I have tried new save files incase my save was corrupted but that made no difference either.) 

I hope someone can help me out with this

JUST RESPONDING TO LET U KNOW I SORTED IT ALL OUT!!! 
I REPAIRED THE GAME ON STEAM AND NOW EVERYTHING IS FINE,

@naebeoryeodwo You said you reinstalled the DLC. I assume through Origin ? What does it say in Origin ? That you can play it ?

i reinstalled the dlc through steam as that was where i purchased it.
on origin it says to install it through steam.

@naebeoryeodwo Ah, sorry, misunderstood you then. Thought you had bought that particular DLC on Origin.

Do you have any other content ? Did you do the repair through steam or origin ?

i did the repair through origin, is it possible for me to repair through steam too??
I have several of the dlc purchased through origin previously but only purchased city living and the tiny living stuff pack on steam.
Neither of these work though 

It's okay if we can't figure it out!!! It might just be something trial and error!!
