My game was finally working, but it said the game couldn't run when I tried to play because it's 32 bit. How do I make the change to 64 bit? I play on a laptop with Windows 10. I've also upgraded to EA Play today so I have Sims 4 Digital Deluxe.

@Panda4Pres The way to change to 64-bit is to open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and choose 64-bit from the dropdown menu. If you don't see that option, right-click on the Sims 4 icon and select Repair, then look again. If that doesn't help either, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and repair again.

@slncrn Your game needs to be closed to access the option. If that's not he issue, try a repair first, on the same menu as Game Properties.
If you can't do that either, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer and try again.
