@toeys_nt The version of Sims 4 sold in certain Eastern European countries is language-locked, so any copy sold in those countries is only going to offer Russian, Polish, and Czech. I take it you know this already, but just in case: To get a copy that offers English, you'd need to buy from Origin while in a different country, and with Origin set to that location; buy a physical disc from a country that offers the global version; or buy a digital download code for the global version from an authorized retailer of EA games, but check the fine print to make sure that's what you're getting.
In any case, you'd need to remove your current version from your Origin library first, and that can only be done by EA customer support.

Or, if you don't own any packs yet, you could just create a new Origin account instead. Either way should work.
