change cloth

I faced some bug on THE SIMS4 and I never use any mod before. I have been played this family for so long. Here is my problem
At first , my character take a shower and they cannot change to regular cloth (Nude). After I tried to solve it with "reset sim" code, all of my character freeze in everyday cloth and never change again. They can't go to work , can't go to run or even can't sleep !
I have tried to repair the sims4 on ORIGIN program , it take very long process on checking very THE SIMS4's extension and it showed as attach photo on random extension and never finish repairing.
how can i fixed this ?
Origin does have an issue currently with repairing but it should finish eventually. What does the message mean ?
