cats and dogs probe

Just bought the cats & dogs pack and every time I go into "create a sim" and press on the dog option my screen turns white - I end up having to reset my computer - no issues with the game play before.  What can I do

@shylohdd  If your computer is a pc (not mac), do you have the game set for 64 bit mode (in Origin right click game icon, then click game properties, advanced launch options)?
