@nettatuomi39  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test.

Hello! i was just looking through this forum because this just recently happened to me and this helped!! removing my ui cheats fixed my game, and now i can finally open my cas!!

@nehemiahwalcottd  Have you tried removing your Mods folder yet?  If not, please do so now and let me know whether it works.

OMG. I just went on file explorer and it just mentioned a glitch was on the columns. I am gonna try it out now. Thanks though!
